Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) was established in 1998. The university have 24 departments which provide undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs. The university has established three Industrial Training Institutes and three Polytechnic Colleges in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Darbhanga.

Universityoffers various courses having course level under graduate (UG); programmes in these course levels are discussed as following in various disciplines:

Under graduate course:

  • B.A

  • B.Sc (in 3 disciplines)

Candidates can get admission to the above mentioned courses through merit in qualifying degree conducted by university.

Candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned course by submitting the application fee of amount Rs. 500/-.

SC/ST/PwD/ Women candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned courses by submitting application fee of amount Rs. 300/-.

Foreign national candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned courses by submitting the application fee of amount $100.

Eligibility

BA

  • Candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognized board/ university and must also pass Urdu at 10th or 12th level.
  • 5 years of age relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC and 10 years for PwD candidates.
  • For SC/ST and women candidates will provide 5% relaxation in both the entrance merit and qualifying marks.
  • Eligibility requirement for Kashmiri migrants are minimum cut-off percentage is 10% to subject.

Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]

  • Candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent from recognized board/ university and must also pass Urdu at 10th or 12th level.
  • 5 years of age relaxation is given to SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC and 10 years for PwD candidates.
  • For SC/ST and women candidates will provide 5% relaxation in both the entrance merit and qualifying marks.
  • Eligibility requirement for Kashmiri migrants are minimum cut-off percentage is 10% to subject

B.Sc

Programmes under B.Sc course – (3 years):

  1. Physical Sciences–MPC
  2. Physical Sciences–M.P.CS
  3. Life Sciences-ZBC

All the 3 courses mentioned above under B.Sc programme must have the same following eligibility criteria:

How To Apply

BA , B.Sc & B.Com

  • Candidates must have to fill only online applications for all programes availabe on the university website
  • Candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned course by submitting the application fee of amount Rs. 500/- through challan at any branch of State Bank of India.
  • SC/ST/PwD/ Women candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned courses by submitting application fee of amount Rs. 300/-.
  • Incorrect/incomplete application forms or forms without Challan of requisite fee and applications received after the last date shall be rejected
  • University has the right to reject the application and to cancel the admission of any candidate on valid reasons as per the norms of the University
  • Documents uploaded by candidates must be verified by the university at the time of admission if any discrepancy find at the time of documents verification it may lead to rejection of admission.
  • Candidate must have to upload scanned copies of all the following documents along with the application form which are as below:

Enclosures

  1. Proof of Urdu education at 10th /12th level
  2. Photo of candidate or any one parent/guardian
  3. Receipt of Challan as applicable
  4. 10th class/equivalent marks sheet
  5. Copies of certificates/Marks sheet of qualifying examinations
  6. Proof of caste/category certificate

For foreign national candidates:

  • Foreign national candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned courses by submitting the application fee of amount $100.
  • If foreign national candidate selected into any programme then candidates shall produce the following documents:
  1. Student's Visa
  2. Medical Certificate prescribed by Govt. of India
  3. Clearance from MEA

Candidate must have to submit the following enclosures along with the application form which are as below:

  1. All certificates and marks sheet or grade card from High School onwards with certified English translation
  2. A Letter of recommendation from the Principal/Director of the College/Centre/University, where the candidate completed the studies last. The letter must be sent in sealed envelope or by e-mail to the Head of the Department in which admission is sought.
  3. A proof of adequate financial support or scholarship

Candidates must have to submit the following documents at the time of admission which are as below:

  1. All Original Certificates with their transcript in English (if the certificates are in another language)
  2. Photocopy of Passport and Visa
  3. Medical fitness certificate from a recognized hospital
  4. Prescribed Fee
  5. Two sets of photocopies of all certificates
  6. Twelve passport size latest colour photographs
  7. Four self-addressed postal stamped envelopes
  8. Testimonials from two referees

Candidates must have to submit the following documents at the time of registration which are as below:

  1. A provisional admission/eligibility letter
  2. Passport with a student visa
  3. Residential proof
  4. Bonafide certificate
  5. HIV certificate obtained from any recognized hospital on arrival in India

For foreign national candidates:

Selection of the candidates to the above mentioned candidates is done on the basis of merit or entrance test and interview conducted by university.
