Many of the students in M.B.B.S. prepare for the Postgraduate entrance examination ,i.e. NEET-PG to pursue specialty courses in different disciplines. The placements are not being done in medical colleges. The college ranking is decided according to the exposure of patients and the no. of students being selected for PG.
Yes, our college provides internship as it is necessary to do it for 1 year to complete the M.B.B.S course. The stipend is about ₹6000/month for interns after M.B.B.S. The students have to work really hard during their internship.
No placement for Mbbs course. We can either apply in hospital to work as a medical officer or study for pg entrance. Most of us including myself are going for further degree.
It's still going on.Its a 1 year programme. Is not upto mark. We are supposed to work like paramedics. There no real doctor work more of a donkey work. Stipend is just rs.5800.And it's not in time. It comes Like 2 or 3 months later.Too much work and so less stipend.
In our field we don't have campus system. But as the population is on rise there is always need for the doctors specially in rural areas so many of us chose to work in a rural area for 1 year.
Very informative and useful. Few departments were very hectic when we hardly used to get time for lunch. But we learn so many things in that 1 year internship. Stipend was 1, 700/- only.
Not really any companies came up because the college is not a big named one. Also i feel that it is not NAAC accredited yet which helps a lot to add up to a college name.
Our college is not linked with any companies as it was just a bachelors degree and may be that the college is an upcoming one as of yet and not very famous like other big named colleges.
I think the name itself is enoguh to get jobs from here because it is so difficult to crack the entrance exam and get a seat in this institute plus after doing your mbbs you are placed in a phc, rhc in the state wtith handsome payments.
General stipened is offered. internship is hectic but we get exposed to various cases its the biggest hospital in state so patient load is huge the stipened is scanty though, and absolutely no fascilites as such for interns.
