CMC Vellore Admit Card
CMC Vellore entrance exam has been organized for Group A courses (MBBS, B.Sc Nursing & Allied Health Science (AHS)) & Group B courses (PG Diploma, M.Sc & Fellowships).
Note: For MBBS programme all seats will be confirmed on the basis of NEET score only.

Selection is based on merit. It consists of two steps. A preliminary written test (Step-1) consisting of multiple choice questions is conducted in English, on an All India basis. This is followed by Step-2 for short-listed candidates which consists of special tests to assess the candidate’s character and aptitude. Interviews also will form part of assesment at this stage

Students who have appeared in the entrance test conducted by the CMC vellore for various UG & PG courses like B.Sc, M.Sc, Allied Health Science courses, can check their result online by following the official website. Final seat is offered to the aspirants, after declaration of result followed by preparation of merit list & counsellimg process. In order to check the result status, students must know about their roll number & other personal details. CMC vellore provide admission to the MBBS programme through NEET. After declaration of merit list, students have to go through the document verification process.
Note: Sponsored category students of Christian minority have to pass the bible knowledge test of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s).

Library: Well stocked medical libraries exist in both the hospital and college campuses. Scientific journals, MEDLINE system for literature search, internet and reprographic facilities are available in the libraries. There is a well-organized Medical Records Library in the institution as well as a departmental records system. Facilities are provided in these areas for trainees to conduct retrospective case studies from the records. Library service also includes online access to reading journals.
Medical Facilities: The town campus houses the main hospital where any of the students can avail medical facilities as per their need. CMC has over 7,600 staff, including over 1,200 doctors and 2,400 nurses. Almost every clinical specialty is catered to.
Infrastructure: There are two main campuses - one, the main campus at the heart of Vellore city, and the other at Bagayam, which is about 7 km from the main campus. CMC has over 7,600 staff, including over 1,200 doctors and 2,400 nurses.Facilities for tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, hockey and table tennis are available within the campus itself.
CMC students annually organize and host the Pegasus, Cognito and Epidauria. These fest are completely manages by the students of the college along with helpful guidance from the faculty.
Despite the extensive medical services provided by the hospitals and community outreach, the mission statement makes it clear that CMC’s primary concern is education, training and professional development. There is a commitment to ensure that the cost of education should not be a barrier to anyone desiring to pursue a course at CMC. Students who find it difficult to meet even these low fees are encouraged to apply for scholarships which are available for all undergraduate courses (Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health Sciences). Scholarships are awarded according to economic need and cover all or part of the fees and accommodation costs. Scholarships are available for deserving candidates following an assessment.
