Course Curriculum Review

"Course structure is fine but I feel that the syllabus should be updated. Though they are putting in effort by calling Industry experts and reviewing course content. There should be more focus upon appointing best of the teachers to courses so that they can do justice with the course."

Fees Review

"The fee structure I found is expensive as compared to the quality of education or teachers while teaching. Specially for MBA Gen it is almost 12-13 lakhs which they say is the flagship programme of ABS. Whereas other MBA programs are not that expensive."   Read More

Feasible and not too much expensive the fee structure is pretty cool at amity and it depends on courses to courses that what the fee structure as it also offers study abroad programme for 45 days so the fee structure changes their . but yeah the fee structure is very cool at amity one can easily afford to pay the fees.

Course Curriculum -

The course is very awesome as it teaches us foreign language of our own choice and behavioral skills. it makes you learn about the foreign business language which is generally not offered by any of the universities the course structure of amity is very good as it is personalized and it focuses on each and every individual.

Taught me Responsibility and Leadership

Fees -

Fee structure is a little bit on the expensive side. I come from a middle class family where my mother and father both work. So when I wasn't earning I tried to spend the least money I could apart from the money already paid by my parents to the university. The whole MBA and living expenses landed me close to Rs. 12.5 Lakh over the course of two years.

Course Curriculum -

It was a well structured curriculum. It obviously helps if you know what field exactly do you want your career in, but otherwise also they give us one year to figure out the subjects you want to do your majors in.In long term it doesn't matter what subjects you studied in MBA but the skills you developed during the tenure of your education and Amity gives you a lot of opportunities to become a manager.

Expensive it is. in 2012, we paid around 8 lakhs for the 2 year course. since then, it has increased to around 11 lakhs its not feasible for many.. it should be revised as per Govt ruling and sponsorship should be given to good students.

Course Curriculum -

The course curriculum is extensive. But should include more subjects of advertising, OOH and Digital. All advertising in detail. The focus on making projects, presentations, reports and delivering them gives you a very good learning exposure and presentations and assignments every single day, make you more confident. Research is very well covered. There are multiple research projects that you do in 2 years of your course and it gives you practical knowledge and consumer insights which are beneficial in all fields.

Its expensive but you get a lot for money spent. At my time it was like 500000 for 2 yrs plus hostel and your monthly expenses.it must be much much more now. But infra was great, faculty good course fantastic, internships and placements it makes for it all.

Course Curriculum -

It was great, I would rate in 8.5 out of 10, very future ready curriculum, when I was in 3rd semester I got placed. I competes against candidates from top 10 imanagement nstitites in India and was able to defeat them with ease pedagogy is case study based and a lot of projects are required to be completed. You need to undergo summer training and at end of your course you need to do dissertation.

Amity = Learning With Values

Fees -

I understand it was feasible during 2006-2008 as my MBA costed around 3.75 lakhs but now the fees is very expensive. I understand Amity has also upgraded in many aspects along with the time but still the fees is not feasible for common middle class now.

Course Curriculum -

Course curriculum was extensive and practical. Though it was more marketing oriented and limited CRM to be a subject. There was an excellent mix of professional requirements in the curriculum. Curriculum for business communications aspects like organisational behaviour and to the routes of business atiqates and body language were well taught.

Great experience.

Fees -

This is a slight negative when compared to govt colleges the fee is around 2L per semester, which i feel is on a higher side. However, with assured placement, I feel it is worth it.

Course Curriculum -

The course curriculum was excellent with specific focus on practicals my marketing courses included a lot of presentations, and classroom discussions apart from regular coursework.

Course Curriculum -

I chose retail management as specialization and the curriculum was up-to-date. The university keeps updating the curriculum on a yearly basis. However, there is just one internship allowed during the curriculum.

Mr. Indigenous

Fees -

The fee structure is too high and the return on investment is not as expected.

Course Curriculum -

I have imbibed knowledge of core marketing, Operations and International Business from my college. We were inspired and encouraged to achieve our goals by our mentors. There was a competition among us i.e the students to get high grades, atleast to maintain a cgpa of 6, in order to get the degree.
