Faculty is the strength of the institution. Major number of the professors are doctorate holders and some are pursuing it. Faculty of iur college was one of the best in marketing and finnance even in mass media. Most renowned names of city was our faculty and they were very supportive. Some of the professors were their which we thought are not fit for teaching management so we use to tell our dean and they helped us to change those professors.

Practical learning with great exposure.

Faculty -

Faculty is more visiting faculty which i think permanent should be there. But in respect to their teaching they are very particular and strict, they are really flexible and knowledgeable. They are friendly enough to interact with students, in most classes the sessions are interactive, where many questions are asked by the students which makes the session more interesting. Teachers are very experienced from really good background, the way they teach with different examples are really interesting which actually makes the discussion practical and interesting.

Its a mix pack. Some faculty is of really high quality, but they can be counted on fingers. But the large chunk of faculty members specially the permanent faculty members are pathetic. There is a difference in the attitude of the permanent faculty members as they care less about the students and even some faculty members openly talks like " I will get my salary every month, So you decide how do you want to study". The only exception in the permanent faculty is faculty members from economics department. Rest the faculty of finance are the worst and marketing department is no way better than the finance faculty.

I am not in a position to access my esteemed faculty since each and everyone stands at a stature of excellence with enormous years of experience in the corporate world. I am learning a lot from my faculty because we get a wide range of guest faculties also to keep us updated with the corporate scenarios.

Knowledgeable experience.

Faculty -

Teachers are highly qualified cooperative and well- experienced. They give assignments, took presentations give feedbacks and motivate students to perform well. They also gave extra efforts to students who are weak and also arrange different workshops for the technical things that students need to know to adapt in the corporate world. They are excellent guide towards the path of success.
