Fees -

The college ask for the minimum fees they could ask for including all the uniforms and lunch this is very affordable and apart from it that you can also get concessions. Approximately it comes out to be 35 000 per semester but the living expenses in dadar are on the higher scale and yes the books and all you need to buy on your own accordingly and if you go for the hostel then yes the cost will be more.

Course Curriculum -

The college takes care of all the basic skills that you need for the industry and trains you very well with all the practical and theory classes .the teachers are very well experience done in their particular fields and know their subjects very well.

Best college for persuing hotel management in India.

Fees -

Fees structure is pretty well It will cost you around 90000 per year including your uniform, exam fees. Hostel is provided only from second year so you will have to find an accomodation outside. And as we know mumbai property rates so it will cost around 10000 per month rent.

Course Curriculum -

The course is pretty well designed which trains students for all 4 departments with equally. Food production, food and beverage, housekeeping, front office. Course also provides tourism degree from IGNOU. This bsc. Program is considered best in india for persuing hotel management course.

All the subjects that are thought to us in the college are required for a good concept building of the course. we study all the subjects that are part of the curriculum and that are required in the hotel management field. we have to study all the subjects for all the 3 years. They make us study all the subjects so that we become all rounders and can choose any field ahead in this line without any worries. The faculty in this college is the best than all the colleges out there. This college has the most expierenced faculty for each subject. We also have our practicals based on the subject that are taught by the same teacher in a very good environment. The practicals give us a lot knowledge a...

Fees -

Since the college is governed by ministry of tourism, the fee structure is very reasonable and payable semester wise across 6 semesters (average 45,000 INR per semester) Hostel fees and other expenses such as tools, security, evening food (for hostel residents) are in addition to the course fee. Overall the course is quite affordable compared to other private institutes and hence competition to get admission is tough.

Course Curriculum -

The course content is best in the industry and is very comprehensive. It combines the core hotel operations subjects such as Food production, Front Office, Food and Beverage and Houskeeping with management subjects such as Finance, Marketing and Human resources. Subjects are split into Practical and theory with more weightage given to the practical components. The degree is given in collaboration with IGNOU and Syllabus also includes IGNOU components such as tourism, communication skills, Human resources the syllabus also includes a research project, very well organised and overlooked by a dedicated research lecturer.

Professional with fun

Fees -

Feasible. Not expensive at all. It was a government college. The fees were around 1.5 lacs for 3 years degree couese which is quite reasonable these days. During those days other private colleges were charging around 3 to 4 lacs for the entire course.

Course Curriculum -

I do not remember now but the focus was on Kitchen & presentation. It was way to lengthy but fun. We had trouble remembering things but in the end everything went well. Kitchen classes were quite hectic. Best was the F and B classes only because of the professor.
