The fee structure is really affordable considering the cost of education on some top institutes. I personally pay around 40,000 per semester and that was cheap compared to other private institutes with this being an autonomous institute and that is a huge plus point for us.
The course curriculum is a good blend of knowledge and fun . The subjects are easy and fun and there's a huge variety that helps us broaden our knowledge . Apart form the regular curriculum there are various other addons like seminars and mock tests that help us evaluate our condition and thrive for the better.
Its feasible till our batch. Its around 44k per sem. But for upcoming batches the fee is high and its 65k. The high fee is due to flip learning. 1st years will be sitting smart classes. Theres a big projector screen and chairs are arranged as that in a cafe. Instead of internals there will be presentation of power points on specific topic of subject.
The course structure is over all good but they could have paid more attention to the research. The college is autonomous but still it does not benifit to that extent. Writing practicals could be made minimal and more focus should have been paid to actually doing of the practical. But yes we study what is required for industry.
Every semester we had to pay around 40,000. This amount is quite standard in West Bengal engineering colleges. Students having TFW had to pay 4000 every month. Other than that there might be some scholarships given to minorities of which I'm uncertain about.
I took electronics and communication engineering. The subjects that were taught to us every sem were vital . Except we were not taught java which I feel is important. Also subjects like instrumentation and optical engineering were not really useful. Other than that the course curriculum was fine and was taught to us well.
1st semester = 85000(approx), 2nd semester = 42000, 3rd semester = 42000, 4th semester = 42000, 5th semester = 43000, 6th semester = 43300 7th semester =45000, 8th semester =4500 if taken hostel facility 5000 admission charge for 6 month 33000 the provided fees is approx since i don't have the document now.
In this college paticularly CSE is the leading Branch here, and as per my opinion the faculty members of my dept. are very caring, etc. as per development here lab are in very good condition especially the centre of IBM and IIT bombay give a more star to its fame.
Feasible. 50k per semester. 1 lakh for 1 year. Total 4 lakh for 4 year. This includes tuition fee, library fee everything. It is of course more than government college, but less than many private institutions. Hostel fee is 3.5k per month . Food and other facilities were very good and hygenic.
I researched online. I got to know that I can take admission in B.tech, BBA,BCA department. I was interested in B.tech, so I went through the branches of B.tech in which I selected Electronics and Communication. Since I was good in Physics and interested in communication domain also, so I opted for this course.
Not expensive. Middle class families can affort it. There is lots of student loans. After getting the job students can fulfill the loan. College helps to get the loan. There is no problem at all to get the loan.
Computer Science, IT, Electronics Communication, Electronics Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, Biomedical all streams are well established. The laboratories are full of running equipment.
It was expensive and 80000 money was taken for personality development and I feel nothing was done with this money and it all went in the college profit.
It was good, the preference on practical and theoretical was even and I feel it was great for learning. There were several difficult subjects which were distributed in many semesters, so that one can learn those subjects.
Fee structure of our college is quite feasible taking into consideration the fees at other private engineering institutions. We had a course fee of Rs 3,20,000 which we had to pay in eight equal installments as semester tuition fees. The current fee structure has gone up slightly. We additionally had to pay Rs 1000 as examination fees per semester. Hostel accommodation fees are charged extra. At our time(2014) hostel fees were around Rs 4000 per month.
There is no such college specific course structure. The academic syllabus is set by the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The curriculum is nothing but a burden for students. As per my experience most students do late night preparations before their internals (These students would be handful) and semesters. The main books that students refer to are previous year solution papers (Organizers) and matrix.
I told earlier that I got monthly scholarship for TEQIP Phase II being a Asst. Teacher. So I got total fees back.Semester fees are around 40k for M.techs, I dont know about B.techs.
Standard course of M.tech in CSE includes Discrete Structure, Design & Analysis of Algorithm, Computer Network & Distributed system, Operating Systems, & 1 elective to chose. In 2nd sem there was Advanced Mathematics, Advanced Computer Architecture, Advanced DBMS, Software Engineering, & Elective II, In 3rd Sem there was Mobile Computing Multimedia & Graphics After that Project work.Grand Viva & final presentation.
Fees structure of our college is not too much it is like other private college in West Bengal. At our time Our fee structure was 26K to 28K per semister. Other than who use Hostel or Bus facilities they have to pay more bucks for that.
It is 4 years program with 8 semester. 1st 2 Semester is common for all stream but then your actual stream subjects start. Because I am a IT guy so it is more interesting that i learned a lot of subjects that i had never heard but that was interesting.
