The placement scene is good here because the college has the advantage of being close to Bangalore. Most students get jobs in Bangalore only. The placement cell trains students properly to handle the interviews. Good brands like Amazon, IBM, Infosys, Berger paints, etc have come to recruit managers here.
Yes, the placement cell of the college helps you to find internships. You can search on your own too. Best to do these things in the term breaks.
The placement head is a super cool lady. She needs everyone to attend her session which is really very good. Coming to interviews there will be many companies coming but once you get selected you won't be able to sit for another company. As the policy that they have made is once the student is selected and if that student has an offer you can't sit for next interview in the campus, but if you have anything outside like off-campus you can go and attend.
The placement cell has excellent tie-ups with corporate companies and they take a lot o efforts to achieve 100% placements. Very big brands come to the campus every year for recruitment. They have arranged placements with many companies like Berger Paints, ACT, Justdial, BharatMatrimony, PWC, LIC, Reliance, ICICI, etc.
I found an internship with Fortis Healthcare and I worked on the financial performance analysis of the organisation. This helped my hone my finance management understanding as taught in the MBA course.
I believe that this is the best college in terms of return on investment. I'll recommend joining this college as a result of its services to students. There is nearly 100% placement.
The college has an active placement cell. There are regular recruitment drives. The proximity to Bangalore helps. However, all students don't get placed.
I did my compulsory internship in Vedanta limited resources, Goa. I found the internship on my own. My role as in the HR department. It helped me put into practice what we learnt in human resources management.
The college gets many companies for placement. The offers are not all that great but maximum students get placed. I got a job on my own efforts with the company that I had done my internship with. I am an HR executive with Stepping Stone Solutions.
I did my HR Internship at Stepping Stone Solutions about changes that affect HRM and its possible remedies. It is highly advisable to do an internship so that you can put into practice your ideas and learn first-hand the application of the concepts that you are taught in the course.
