Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech in Safety and Fire Engineering

Admission Process for B.Tech in Safety and Fire Engineering

Like any other B.Tech courses, admission is through entrance tests conducted either by the university or national level entrance examinations such as AIEEE or JEE. In few cases, there is an option for direct admission via merit list considering the marks obtained in Senior Secondary examination.

  • Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main – A 2-tier examination (Main & Advanced). Exam is also conducted in May. For Board Merit based selection, minimum 80% marks is compulsory at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th class)
