Q 1. Kindly tell us about your experience in the education industry and what makes it the best industry to work in?
Ans. From my experience, I have realized that the education industry has changed a lot, it has become more practical. Today focus lies in bridging the gap between students and the real world. This industry is both challenging and exciting. As an ‘edupenuer’, I realized that this is one of the most impactful industry today. As an educationalist, we are guiding the youth to represent themselves and build their careers. The industry lets you play a unique role and bring a change in the life of young individuals.
Q 2. Any of the significant challenges you faced in Tula’s Institute?
Ans. The biggest challenge in establishing an institute is to focus on what innovation can be brought to the board. It takes a disciplined approach to identify, tap and nurture potential talent. At Tula’s Institute, it’s our endeavor to bridge the gap between syllabus taught and industry demands. We try to nurture the talent pool and creating the young future leaders.
The saying, “Where there is a will, there is a way” always motivates me to tackle any roadblock effectively. Additionally, as a team, we always formulate strategies to successfully overcome the challenges. As a result, we have built an “amalgamation of generations”, which has a perfect blend of qualified & experienced faculty from various disciplines as well as a highly spirited team of young people who are contributing to the success of the institution. Ans. The goal is to create Tula’s as a premier educational institute; we aim to make young minds proficient enough to explore new and unchartered avenues with strong conviction and care.
Q 4. Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
The aspiring students should have realistic goals and a strategic pathway to attain them, having a holistic approach towards learning is important. The students are today majorly dependent on the internet, the need of the hour is to take support from the different sources of information available today and also use their wit.
Q 5. How do you look at the growth of students through placement opportunities available at Tula’s Institute? How do you wish to push the envelope further?
Ans. At Tula’s, we make sure that students are prepared for different roles in the industry, there is no restriction when it comes to preparing for placements. Unemployment is a prevalent problem in India. Therefore, we at Tula’s Institute are known for best campus placements in Dehradun. We ensure that our students get what they deserve. The main endeavor of placement cell of Tula’s is to get students placed in reputed multinationals, Corporate Houses, Banks, Financial Institutions, Public sector organizations, IT sector, Media -Entertainment, Research Institutions, Government Organisations, NGO’s and the private sector.
We are associated with core companies for on campus placements. The Institute not only aims at building better industry-institute relationships but also to encourage and enhance the student’s interest towards the entrepreneurship and business strategies, through Startup workshops.

Ans. When I entered the industry, I was able to easily connect with the gaps prevailing in the education space. It was an add-on advantage for me to be part of the same generation and solve problems.

Ans. A positive culture can be built via various ways, one of the most important things is building strong relationships, a well managed educational institute majorly depends on the kind of relationship faculty and students share. It is also essential to impart social skills, these behaviors and values include honesty, sensitivity, concern and respect for others, a sense of humor, reliability, and so on. A well-managed faculty and student relationship along with social skills can create a positive environment.

Ans. Technology has reformed each sector today and is currently in the promising phases of altering academia. Technology has made education both personalized and stress-free for both students and educators. Revolution in the education sector can be brought via technology only.
