Ques. What’s your take on Employability Vs Placements?
Ans. Employability as I understand is making a student suitable for a job through academic training, soft skill, IT knowledge etc in chosen branch of specialization. This will help a student to start delivering in a short time. Placement is an area where a student is just selected by an organization to do a job, whether the person is well trained or not for that particular job. Such students need lot of training to perform.
Ques. Any suggestions you would like to give to the aspiring management students?
Ans. I would only like to suggest that Management students must take their studies seriously as they will have to face a highly competitive world and they will have to prove their worth. They should be up to date with what is happening in management world. Due to automation job market will be shrinking and they will face challenges. One should try to become entrepreneurs rather than job seekers.Last Updated - 04 May 2016
