The faculties are very much qualified and experienced one. Each and every faculty is master in his/her own specialization. Technically they are very good but in terms of social interaction, some improvement needs to be done. So overall faculty is good one.

Faculties were cooperative,if you reached them in time in other words there was a little strictness if you were late for something. For a sincere student, faculties were the one he want. They were good at teaching and were from various IIT's and various NIT's.

Best four years of my life

Faculty -

The faculty of the college was top notch with respect to the knowledge in the subject. Since I was not very proficient in Hindi during the initial days, communication was a hindrance, but only marginal. The lecturers were all pretty unbiased, focused and patient.

Some of the faculty are really excellent and have a very good understanding of the concepts. They are also adept at transferring the knowledge to the students. But, few of the faculties are highly disinterested and take no effort in addressing the academic difficulties of the student. Also, the few of faculties fails to connect the theories with the practical implications in the industries.

Faculty at BIT mesra is well educated and talented with ample knowledge. They have much knowledge, only we student just have to empty our pool before coming so that we can gain more and more. They have experienced faculty in every branch and field. Most of them have degrees from foreign universities or have teaching experience of more that 10 years.

Some of the faculty was just awesome, however some were average and some i would say below the average. The experienced faculty members are just gem. Also, sometimes students are advised to do projects under external/guest faculties from IIT-KGP that was very good.
