Yes, Scholarship is provided to top 10 performers in each program in the college. A scholarship of around 25000 per semester is paid to such candidates. As far as Loan is concerned I have no idea about the same.
As far as I know, we have merit scholarships and merit cum means scholarships. Merit scholarships are given to those those students who stand in top 10 positions after each semester. Merit cum Means Scholarship are given to those who have their Grades Above than a particular cut off and their annual parental income below a particular level. I have availed the Merit Scholarships (36000 INR each semester).
College provide good scholarship amount to toppers of the batch. You can also get a good loan based on the reputation of the college. Also, you can apply for scholarships in your respective state government.
As per my knowledge, there was no facility of scholarship provided by the institute. Regarding loan, I can't tell because I didn't needed it. However, the admin and the staff was very cooperative.
Other than stipend I think there was some scholarship facility if you got some project. I did not get any outer scholar but yes this type of scholar were there.

Yes there are many scholarship for toppers, for backward cast and for SC/ST. For every year topper of a batch gets 36000 and other 2 get 18000. My ST friend got 1.4 lac every year from government and also a dell laptop.
Semester toppers used to receive Rs 18,000 in cash 2nd runner up used to get to the tune of Rs 15,000.And if i remember correctly SC/ST/OBC candidates they had to pay less in terms of their tution fees.
There are scholarship awarded to the merit students and many government aided scholarships are for financial aid for needed students. There are banks which helps in providing education loan.
