Statistically speaking 100% students from these courses gets placed with average salary of Rs 3 Lakh. Major recruiters include Wipro, TCS, NDTV, ICICI and Reliance. Most of the engineering students get an IT job while most management students land up in a bank.
So many companies cam for the internship recruitment with monthly stipend ranging from 0-8k. Companies were: Ogilvy & Mather, Moody's, mark's & spencer's, food panda etc.
The placement scene in this college is not pretty. Placements do happen but not all students get placed and return on investment is too bad considering most students get 20,000 a month. No big companies come; neither do any specialized company come.
Yes, the university conducts internship programs for all students. These Programs helps students widen their horizons, explore how business is managed in a range of different industries and learn about the sectors that interest them most by deep diving into Industry.
If you want a job in your core field, than you can try looking off-campus. BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc and others don’t have that good placement. Only about 15% - 20% students get placed. Companies visiting are Oglilvy and mather, marks and spencer, axis bank, hindustan unilever, etc
Yes, there are internships offered. Also, the Bennett University Career Services offer free counseling and support to all students when they embark on their career. Some counselling services that will be offered.
I got a 15LPA offer from Bennett in works application yes the company visited. many other biggies comes like Microsoft, Samsung etc but its over the student to crack those Bennett doesnt provide any extra effort to make you a tremendous academically but yes personality wise you will develop. So all the best but yes I would also say that after some of the premier institutes Bennett is a good option than selecting a local state college but it comes at price (infact high price).
We get so many opportunities here. Job fairs are commonly organized for graduating students so that they can use the opportunity to meet employers and get an overview of what it’s like to work for a company or a sector that seem interesting to them.
The placements are really good as compared to other colleges. But the problem with the placement in this college is the average amount of CTC will be around 3.5 Lakhs per annum. From the current year onwards, the college has formed a placement committee to look after the placements in the college. This has made the placements easier and the students can clarify their doubts related to placements from this committee.
The internship placements start towards the end of January and go on till April. A mandatory internship is to be done during May-June after 3rd trimester. The average stipend is around Rs. 15000 per month.
There are good placements opportunities in our college. Many big companies visit our college for placement. In computer branch, well-known companies came and hired freshers. Our faculty members also help with the placement.
For internship, approximately half of the students get an internship from the college, though the college has provided a vast range of companies from Maruti Suzuki, HSBC, Polaris, Pizza Hut, JPMC to startups like Coho which were mostly unknown. If talking about stipend, very few companies have provided it, highest being of HSBC- 35k/month, HDFC has provided 20k per month. Most of the companies for the internship offered the work of sales executive.
Actually, the placements are very good in our college. Our college has been undergoing an NBA committee visit every year. 100% placements have been recorded in our college for the past many years. Being a mechanical engineer, there will be up to 75% of our seniors placed in a core company. Other software branches are 100% core and many training sessions are also given to students to face the interview.
Separate mentors or guide for internships were also allotted.regular recruiters like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Idea Cellular and Vodafone have continued their partnership with us apart from a whole host of others. Nearly 50% of the batch has been placed in the first of the academic year. The 1st-year coordinators have also done a great job in inviting MNCs for summer internships.
85% of the students are placed, with the best companies coming in to hire the students i.e: Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Honeywell, Ujjivan, Grand Thornton, Earnest & Young etc. The salary package offered is between 4.5 lakhs to 7.8 lakhs.
When it comes to the internship, a few companies come in and most of the students get through contacts and through alumni.
I'm glad to say that my college has 100% placements but the packages are low starts from 3L and ends at 6L. In some way, it's a good start for the career. Usually, most of the start-ups come and job security was low but the training was quite good. More of practical training is needed.
internship was offered by the college from the companies like HCL, DMRC etc with no stipend at all
The placements were good last year. The highest package was around 19,00,000 and the average package was around 5,00,000 to 6,00,000. Big companies like JK Tyres and MRF visited the campus for placements and companies like MakeMyTrip visited for the internship. Roles of sales were offered. According to the trend, the placements for marketing is far more than the other specialisations as most of the marketing companies visit the campus.
In our batch, 20% of students got an internship from the college but this year's batch is getting 60-70% internships from the college. The highest stipend offered was 25000 per month and the lowest was nil.
