Xavier University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral degrees in the field of Arts, Science, Commerce, Technology, communication, and law. At undergraduate level, the University offers B.Sc, BBM, B.Com courses. B.Sc course is available in 4 specializations i.e sustainable development, Environmental Sciences, Mass Communication, and Economics.
BBM program is available in Human Resources Management and Marketing disciplines. B.Com course is available in Accounting and Marketing. Apart from these courses Xavier University also offers 5 years integrated MBA program.

The selection procedure includes an Online Admission test and/or Personal/ Skype Interview. Note: Along with BBM programs, students are required to choose an Honors course. Honors courses are offered by the University in Finance, Human Resource Management, Accounting, and Marketing.
Students seeking admission in any of the Undergraduate courses offered by the University must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (Class 10+2) from a recognized Board/ Council. However, the specific eligibility required for various programs is given below:
|B.Sc. (Hons)- Economics/ BBM/ B.Com||The applicant must have passed Higher Secondary examination with at least 60% marks.|
|B.Sc.-MC:||10+2 with a minimum of 50% Marks|
|B.Sc (Hons)- Sustainable Development, Environmental Science||10+2 with a minimum of 55% Marks.|
The eligible candidates will have to appear for admission test and/or personal interview to be conducted by Xavier University Bhubaneswar. The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the admission test and/or Personal Interview, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.
The selection process for various courses is as follows:
|B. Com/BBM||Admission is granted on the basis of merit of aspirants performance in Class 10th & 12th examinations.|
|B. Sc (Hons)||selection is based on the result of the online admission test and skype interview followed by the test.|
