Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Arabi-Farsi University located in Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, India is a public University established on 2012, by Government of India. It is recognized by UGC. The university campus flourishes on 28 acres of land. The Govt. of U.P. has decided to acquire additional 15 acres of land for the University and another proposal of acquiring additional 120 acres is also being considered by the State Government.
Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti Urdu, Arabi-Farsi University provides compulsory English classes to help students equip with basic English skills. The University offers a range of quality education in professional and academic courses in the Department of Urdu, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, English, History, Economics, Geography, Business Administration, Commerce, Education, Home Science, Mass Communication, Physical Education, Political Science and Computer Application. The university follows a semester system for undergraduate level courses.

The university provides reservation of seats/relaxation of marks for SC/ST/OBC etc. as per the rules of the Government and norms of the university. After obtaining the application form, candidate must follow these steps:
BA Hons. (Bachelor of Arts)- 3 years (60 seats / branch)
BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) - 3 years (60 seats)
BA-JMC (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication) - 3 years (60 seats)
Candidate should have qualified intermediate/10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) from a recognized board/Madrasa board of all states.
The reservation of the seats is for the categories of UP only. Seats will for the reserved groups will be reserved as per the norms and guidelines of the State Government/Academic Council of University. The reservation of different categories is divided into two categories - Vertical and Horizontal reservation, which is below given in the tabular form:

Besides the reservation policy, the percentage of weightage permitted for Outstanding Sportsperson, NCC and NSS shall be 5%, 2.5% and 2% respectively.
Admission to the above undergraduate programmes is done on the basis of merit of the candidate in the qualifying examination.
The admission procedure will start after the declaration of the first merit list. The undergraduate students will be admitted on the basis of the total marks secured in the qualifying examination.
The candidates who are selected through merit are required to participate in the counselling process.
