Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV) BA, MA Admissions 2019: Eligibility, Application process, Fees

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV) is a private university located in Indore (Madhya Pradesh), founded in 2015.  SVVV offers a wide range of courses at undergraduate, dual degree and postgraduate level in multiple disciplines under different schools/institutes viz. Management, Architecture, Forensic Science, etc.

Under Shri Vaishnav Institute of Social Science, Humanities and Arts, the university offers the following UG, Dual degree and PG programs:

Undergraduate courses:

  • BA – (3 years)

Dual Degree courses

  • BA + MA – (5 years)
  • MA + Ph.D (5 years)

Post graduate courses:

  • MA – (2 years)

Candidates can get admission to the courses on the basis of merit obtained in the qualifying degree examination or through admission test, followed by group discussion. Interested candidates can register themselves by submitting duly filled-in applications along with the registration fee amount of Rs.1000/- through online/ offline payment modes. 

In case of offline fee submission, attach your application along with a DD drawn in favour of “Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya”, payable at Indore or a photocopy of fee deposit slip in the Account No. 60235029458 of Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV) in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra. Check SVVV Admission 2019

Eligibility Criteria

BA

Bachelor of Arts (BA), BA + MA (Dual Degree)

Candidates must have passed in Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of M.P. Higher Secondary Board or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% aggregate in marks. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Excluding Creamy Layer) will be given a 5% relaxation in marks. 

MA

Master of Arts (MA), MA + Ph.D

Candidates should have passed bachelors degree in any stream of science/ commerce/ Arts from any recognized university with at least 50% marks or equivalent aggregate grades. A relaxation of 5% marks will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category (excluding creamy Layer).


How to Apply

BA & MA

  • Application forms for various courses can be downloaded from the official university website. Upon filling in the relevant details in the application form, applicants must submit it along with the required processing fee
  • Candidate must submit the fee amount of Rs.1000/- through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Shri Vaishnav Vishwa Vidyapeetham” and payable at Indore.

  • Candidates can also submit a photocopy of the deposit slip for INR 1000 in the Account No. 60235029458 of SVVV in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra.
  • Foreign nationals, persons of Indian origin, NRIs, Children of Indian workers of gulf countries can register themselves upon submitting the processing fee amount of Rs.2000/- through demand draft
  • Candidate must send duly filled-in applications along with the processing fee to the following address:

Selection Process

BA & MA

Selection of the candidate to BA, BA+MA, MA, MA+Ph.D is done on the basis of rank obtained in the merit list of qualifying degree examination conducted by the university or through admission test followed by group discussion.
