Indian School of Business is a private business school. It was started in 1996 by a group of businessmen and academicians. It has two campuses located in Hyderabad and Mohali. It is one of the prestigious business schools in India.
Indian School of Business offers management programs. PGP (Post Graduate Program in Management) is its Flagship Program. The school also offers seats in YLP program (Young Leaders Program). YLP is a foundation program that ultimately leads to the Financial Times ranking, Post Graduate Program in Management at the Indian School of Business.
The registration for admission to YLP program is done in online mode. Candidates who wish to apply are required to submit the application form on the official website of Indian School of Business i.e. www.isb.edu.
The selection is done on the basis of entrance test score namely- GMAT/ GRE followed by an interview. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their GMAT/ GRE score will be called for interview round. Qualified candidates in interview round will be considered for admission process.

To seek admission to YLP program in Indian School of Business, candidates have to fulfill the complete eligibility criteria prescribed by the school.
The registration is done in online mode only. Students who wish to apply can submit the application form on the official website of the school. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
Applicants are advised to make sure that, all the information which is mentioned on the application form must be correct and similar with the information of original documents. If any candidates found ineligible at the time of admission process his/ her candidature will be cancelled.
Students have to mention a valid email address or phone number on the application form. Further information regarding admission process will be sent by email.
At the time of application form submission candidates have to pay an application fee. It can be paid in online mode through net banking, credit card and debit card. The amount of application fee is non-refundable.

There are three stages of selection process. First stage candidate has to apply by sending application form, fee and one essay. In Second stage selected candidates will be judged on basis of GMAT/ GRE score, then they have to write 2 essays after that they will face evaluation. Last stage is interview round. Candidates have to qualify all the stages of selection process to be shortlisted for admission to YLP program in ISB.
GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is a national level online test (Computer Based Test). GMAT is conducted by GMAC for admission to more than 5400 programs in various Business Schools around the world.
The exam evaluates four basic skills- Verbal Ability, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Analytical Writing. The question paper consists of total 90 questions. Students need to attempt all the questions in the duration of 3 hour 30 minutes.

GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is an internationally standardized test which is required for admission to most of the graduate schools in United States of America. It is also accepted by some of the most popular Graduate and Business schools in various countries of the world.
The exam is held in online (Computer Based Test) as well as offline (Pen and Paper Based) mode. The duration of the paper is 2 hour 30 minutes.
