Nalanda University provides B.Ed course in distance as well as open mode for the duration of 2 years. The University starts its admission process in the month of February. Students having 45% marks in their bachelors degree with two years of experience in teaching can apply for the course.
Students can register on the official website and can submit their application form for the entrance examination.
Students can get an application form from the university's sales counter by giving Demand draft of INR 350 or student can send Demand Draft of 400 by registered post.
Students who qualify the entrance examination will be called for the counselling. At the time of admission students have to pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 2000 /-. There are in total fifteen colleges in Bihar where B-Ed CET will take place.
The entrance test will be for two hours and the students have to answer 120 MCQ questions. Students have to fill the answer in OMR sheets. Questions will be asked from five subjects. There will be 15 questions from English comprehension, 15 questions from general hindi, 25 questions from logical and analytical reasoning, 40 questions from general awareness and 25 questions from teaching- learning environment in schools.
There are 50% seats reserved for admission in B.Ed program.
