Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University offers three undergraduate and four postgraduate programmes. It also offers Ph.D., PG Diploma and diploma courses. You can take admission to B.Tech and B.V.Sc. & AH programme through KEAM entrance exam. KVASU has three faculties, viz. Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Faculty of Dairy Science and Faculty of Poultry Science. KVASU has four constituent colleges:
Admission to B.Tech and B.V.Sc. & AH programmes will be required to appear for the KEAM entrance exam conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Trivandrum, Kerala for B.Tech and B.V.Sc. & AH programme. Selection will be based on the performance in entrance test. Check KVASU Admission
You should apply for KEAM only through online mode on the official website of CEE, Kerala. There are seven steps for online submission application. You should complete all steps and send a printout filled application form with necessary documents to CEE, Kerala on or before last date of form submission. The last date for application form is July 25, 2020 (tentative).

Step 1 Candidate Registration: This is a one time process. You should fill all required details and click on submit button and after submission, an application number will be generated by system.
Step 2 Candidate Login: With the help of Application no and password You can login and complete all other steps.
Step 3 Fill Application Form: Fill all basic details and you should click the ‘Save’ button to save the entries made so far before proceeding to Step 4.
Step 4 Final Submission of Application Form: This is also a one time process. If you are sure that the information provided in step 3 is correct, click the link ‘Final Submission’. No correction of the application will be possible after final Submission of application in step 4.
Step 5 Payment of Application Fee: You can pay application fee through two following methods

Step 6 Printout of Application Form: You should take a printout of the online submitted application.
Step 7 Send the printout of Application: Affix a photograph of the applicant with 3.5 x 4.5 cm size same as the photograph uploaded on the online application duly attested by the Head of the Institution which you studied last or by a Gazetted Officer. You should affix the left hand thumb impression in the space provided in the printout of the application. The applicant and parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the application and attach supporting documents/certificates and send to following address:

KVASU offers four year B.Tech programme in following disciplines:
You should have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together for admission to B.Tech programme in KVASU’s constituent colleges. There are 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for the candidates belong to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC).
Candidates who have appeared for 10+2 or equivalent examination will be permitted to take the Entrance Examinations provisionally. The candidates should have appeared for the qualifying examination before taking the Entrance Examination.
Age Limit: You should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December. There is no upper age limit for Entrance exam. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed.
Out of the total seats available for the various courses, seats will be reserved for different categories as given under following points:
Mandatory Reservation: Leaving the seats set apart for All India Quota, Government of India Nominees, Special reservations, Persons with Disabilities and Management Quota, the remaining Government seats for each course in KVASU Colleges will be distributed as per the mandatory reservation principle as following percentage breakups.

Reservation for Persons with Disabilities: 3% of the seats available to the State for allotment from the State rank lists are reserved for candidates with disabilities for all courses.
Special Reservation: These are the seats reserved for certain specific categories, for different courses.
Note: One seat is reserved for Jewish Community, for one of the courses on rotation basis in the order of BSc. (Hons.) Agri., BVSc & AH, BSc. (Hons.) Forestry, B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) and B. Tech. (DSc. & Tech.). This year the seat is reserved for BVSc & AH Course.
Admission to B.tech courses shall be regulated on the basis of merit as assessed by giving equal weightage of 50:50 to the marks obtained in the KEAM Entrance Examination for Engineering (Paper I & Paper II put together), and the grade/marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together in the final year of the qualifying examination.
