Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (AVV), Coimbatore offers BA and MA programs at the undergraduate level. At the Coimbatore campus, B.A is offered in English and English Literature and M.A is offered in 3 specializations.

Admission to B.A is granted on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and interview. For admission to MA Communication, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Coimbatore campus conducts a Communication Aptitude Test (CAP Test). Selection is based on performance in CAPTEST. Admission to MA English Literature and Literary Theory and MA philosophy is granted on the basis of personal interview.
