JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysore is located in the city of Mysore, in the Indian state of Karnataka. It was established in 2008. JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysore is focussed on medical and health-related studies, and comprises JSS Medical College, JSS Dental College and JSS College of Pharmacy at the main campus in Mysore as well as a second pharmacy college in Ootacamund, in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu. Only candidates with the relevant qualifying degree can register for the above mentioned programmes. Seats are reserved for people belonging to different categories such as SC/ST/BC etc.
Candidates can register for admission by filling-in the application form (offline/online) and submitting the required processing fee, on or before due date. Admission to the above programs is based on marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying degree examination, Entrance examination followed by counselling.

Students will be admitted to the said courses in the constituent college of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysore on the basis of the rank list prepared by the institute from marks secured in qualifying examinations in relevant subjects conducted by various Boards of Authority followed by counselling.
Hostel facility: Hostel facility is available both for boys and girls. The candidates desirous of seeking admission to hostels will have to apply in prescribed form. The hostel fees shall be charged separately.
