Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research provides an academic environment that helps in developing the students as professionals as per the need for the growing demand of the industry.

The institute provides various courses at the graduate level and postgraduate level which is of international standards.

The university offers B.Tech. Program with 14 distinct specializations. B.Tech. aspirants seeking admission will have to appear for BEEE, an All India Engineering Entrance Examination Conducted by Bharath University.

The university offers the B.Arch. program of ten-semester duration. Admission will be granted on the basis of the rank secured by the candidates in NATA.

Application Process

The candidates can apply through the application form available online on the University’s official website.

  • The candidates must register themselves and create their login credentials.
  • Once the Email Id is verified, the candidates may proceed to fill the application form.
  • The candidates must fill the details with the utmost care.
  • Mention the Personal and Academic details.
  • Followed by the payment of fees.
  • Submit the application.

The Registration fees can be paid:

  • Online with e-payment use this URL, register and pay online
  • Demand Draft: Application is to be filled online, and the same must be downloaded and sent to the University with the Demand Draft for INR.900/- drawn in favor of Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, payable at Chennai.
  • The candidates must write their name and address on the back of the Demand Draft.
  • Direct: Candidates can obtain the application form from any of the sources upon payment of INR. 750/-

  • The applicant should be a resident Indian national and must have studied in schools located in India in the preceding two years for admission to the Undergraduate program.
  • Must have studied in the educational institutions located in India and completed their qualifying examination.

Educational qualification

  • Candidates should have cleared class 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects.
  • Must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech (lateral entry): Candidates must have a diploma in a relevant field with 50% marks recognized by Central or State Government or must have a Bachelor's of Science degree with Mathematics as the main subject.

Admission Process

Admission will be granted purely on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination (BEEE) conducted by Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER).

BEEE Exam Pattern

The exam is available in both online (Computer Based Test) and offline (Paper and Pencil Test) modes.

  • PART I (English): 10 questions
  • PART II (Physics): 30 questions
  • PART III (Chemistry): 30 questions
  • PART IV (Mathematics): 30 questions
  • PART V (Biology): 30 questions (Only for Biology students)
  • Total Marks: 100

1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be no negative marking.

The candidates will be short-listed based on their performance in the entrance examination. 

The result will be declared on the University’s official website. There is no provision to send the marks of the candidates (selected or unselected) by post. At the time of publication of the results, the rank will be intimated through email if the email of the applicant is provided. The selected ones will be called for the counseling.

They must carry the following at time of counseling:

  • BEEE Hall Ticket
  • Demand Draft for INR. 20,000/-

The candidates must produce the below mentioned documents at the time of Admission:

  • Statement of Marks (Xth and XIIth standard)
  • Transfer/Migration Certificate
  • Community Certificate
  • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card
  • Nativity Certificate
  • Passport size photograph (x6)
  • Passport size photograph of parents (x4)
