BAMU MCA And MBA Admission 2020: Eligibility, Application Form, Selection Process

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) Aurangabad, offers admission to MBA and MCA programme. The total intake in MBA and MCA is 120. Admission to the programme will be based on CAP (Centralized Admission Process) as per norms laid down by DTE.

Graduation degree holder from any stream can apply for admission in MBA and MCA programme.

Application form can be filled online from the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education (http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/index.html/). Application fee of INR 800/- (general category) and INR 600/- (SC/ST category) should be paid through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card.

How To Apply

Application form can be filled online through the official website of DTE Maharashtra.

  1. Visit: http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/mca for MCA
  2. Visit: http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/mba for  MBA 
  3. Click "APPLY ONLINE"
  4. Tap on “Click here for New Registration"
  5. Enter Name, Contact details and Email-id for the registration process
  6. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password 
  7. Click "SAVE AND NEXT"
  8. Click on 'Validate your details' button and 'Save & Next' button to validate and save the application form.
  9. Upload scanned Photo & Signature 
  10. Upload supporting documents
  11. Pay application fee of INR 800/- (general category) and INR 600/-(SC/ST category) through Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card
  12. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
  13. Click on 'Submit' button.
  14. Take a print out of the filled application form

  2. Transfer Certificate   
  3. Community Certificate (For OC candidates community certificate not required)   
  4. Certificates for Special categories, if required     
  5. Nativity Certificate if required     
  6. First Graduate Certificate and Joint declaration form, if required

Admission Eligibility

  • Any graduate from a recognised University
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA ( 45% in case of reserved category belonging to Maharashtra State only) should be secures in the qualifying examination
  • Appearing candidates can also apply for admission

Admission Process

Candidates will be selected for the programme on the basis of their merit in the MAH-MBA/MCA CET conducted by the university.

  1. Qualified candidates of the entrance examination will be invited for counseling and interview (for MBA)
  2. Counseling will allot college 
  3. Interview and document verification is necessary for admission in MBA
  4. Document verification and payment of programme fee will confirm admission
