Students who have passed bachelor degree of four years & two year’s Master degree programme in regular mode from any state agriculture college or university.
Students who have secured at least 70% marks in the qualifying exam are eligible to apply. For SC/ST categories, pass in the exam is required only.
Should have at least two years’ experience in Government or private organizations provided R & D facilities offered by the organization should match with the requirements of degree.
Students have to mention the no objection certificate (NOC), Statement of Purpose (SOP) & sponsorship certificate issued from the employer in support of the degree.
Students must have at least 10 years’ experience in Agriculture banking or Agriculture Insurance.
Admission Process for Tamil Nadu Agriculture University Ph.D. Course
Students looking for admission have to appear for the written test which will be conducted at TNA University campus on their own expenses.
Exam date & time of the written test will be intimated to the students through e-mail.
Objective written test will be of one hour duration in related discipline.
Students have to submit the balance fee in support of confirmation of final seat.
After payment of balance fee students have to register for the course within 7 working days, failing which leads to cancellation of their candidature.
Selected student can perform their research work near to their work place.
Students who will not continue the course after registration will not be eligible for refund of fees.
