The Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL), Mumbai University is a part of Mumbai University which offers various courses under the Distance Learning mode.
IDOL invites applications for BA, B.Com., B.Sc. among the undergraduate courses and MA, M.Com., M.Sc., MCA, PGDFM (PG Diploma in Financial Management) and PGDORM (PG Diploma in Operations Research for Management) Programme at the postgraduate level for the academic year. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be selected for admission.
Candiates can apply online on the university website for all the courses offered by IDOL. However, if the candidate is applying for MCA, he/she should separately apply for MCA Entrance Exam.
Pay an Application Fee of INR 500 through online mode i.e., Debit/ Credit Cards/ Internet Banking, or Bank Challan of Bank of Maharashtra only.

Candidates applying to courses offered by IDOL need to obtain an eligibility certificate from IDOL, in order to apply. The fees for the same is given below:
Candidate must then submit in person, the duly filled and signed Application Form along with the original certificates and self-attested copies of the required documents to the staff at respective counters for verification. Candidates can also send application by registered post.
