Students who want to take admission in Kerala University’s technology & Architecture courses can apply for entrance test organized by Kerala state. Students can opt for any government or private college affiliated to University of Kerala. Kerala Engineering, Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM) is the only way out for B. Tech aspiring students. This test has been conducted in month of April every year on different dates by Kerala state authorities.
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is the test for B. Arch. Course which has been organized by Council of Architecture (COA) every year in between month of April & August.

You should apply for KEAM only through online mode on official website of CEE, Kerala. There are seven steps for online submission application. You should complete all steps and send a printout filled application form with necessary documents to CEE, Kerala on or before last date of form submission. Visit the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and find the link “KEAM Online Application”.
Step 1 Candidate Registration: This is a one time process. You should fill all required details and click on submit button and after submission, an application number will be generated by system.
Step 2 Candidate Login: With the help of Application no and password, you can login and complete all other steps.
Step 3 Fill Application Form: Fill all basic details and you should click the ‘Save’ button to save the entries made so far before proceeding to Step 4.
Step 4 Final Submission of Application Form: This is also a onetime process. If you are sure that the information provided in step 3 is correct, click the link ‘Final Submission’. No correction of the application will be possible after final Submission of application in step 4.
Step 5 Payment of Application Fee: You can pay application fee through two following methods
Step 6 Printout of Application Form: You should take a printout of the online submitted application.
Step 7 Send the printout of Application: Affix a photograph of the applicant with 3.5 x 4.5 cm size same as the photograph uploaded on the online application duly attested by the Head of the Institution which you studied last or by a Gazetted Officer. You should affix the left hand thumb impression in the space provided in the printout of the application. The applicant and parent should sign in the specified areas on the printout of the application and attach supporting documents/certificates and send to following address:

University of Kerala has different selection process for admission in Engineering & Architecture courses. Procedure for the same has been mentioned below:BE/B.Tech
Colleges will be allotted to the students on the basis of their performance in KEAM. As a part of selection process, KEAM qualified students have to attend the counselling session which will be organized by the Government of Kerala after announcement of result. Seats will be finalized only on the basis of choices made by you at the time of counselling & rank secured in KEAM.
Selected students will have to carry the seat allotment letter to the respective allotted college.B.Arch
All Admissions to Architecture degree course shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. No lateral admission shall be permitted as per the minimum standards of Architectural Education Regulations 1983 of Council of Architecture and AICTE notification, July 1992.
