The University offers the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) Programme for a duration of four & half years and one year rotating Internship. The University invites applications for admission to the BAMS and MD/MS Ayurved programmes for the academic year. The admission to both the programmes is through all India Entrance Tests AIET - AYURVED and AIPGET – AYURVED, respectively.
You should obtain the AIPGET- AYURVED Application form online by visiting University website under section “All India Entrance Test”.
You should fill the form with the required personal and educational details. You must type in capital letters only and select the appropriate box.
You must then upload a scanned photograph in JPEG format sizing 150 x 150 pixels.
Application Fee: You should pay Rs. 3000 by online mode, cash, or demand draft drawn in favour of D. Y. Patil University payable at Navi Mumbai. You should write your full name, address, mobile number and I.D. number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.

You should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the first attempt with aggregate of 50% marks for general category and for 40% marks for reserved category in PCB from any statutory Board.
Nationality: You should be an Indian national.
Age: You must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31st.
BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Programme :-
25% seats will be reserved for Foreign National / PIO / NRI category.
MD/MS Programme (Ayurved Vachaspati/ Ayurved Dhanvantri):-
Among the total seats, 50% of the seats are reserved for Management quota.
You will be selected on the basis of the all India Entrance Test referred as AIET - AYURVED. The AIET - AYURVED will be of three hours duration. There will be one question paper at the Entrance Test in English medium containing 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs), 50 each in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Each correct answer carries one mark. There is no negative marking. The syllabus for the exam will be CBSE Delhi Board syllabus of 12th standard.
You should be able to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the AIET – AYURVED exam.
