Bharati Vidyapeeth University (BVDU) is a deemed to be university situated primarily in Pune with campuses also in New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur and Karad. Today Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University has 32 constituent units and is one of India's largest multi-disciplinary multi-campus universities.
The University is a member of Association of Indian Universities and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. It is really credible for this nascent University to have received ‘A’ Grade from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Some of the constituent units of the University have also been accredited with ‘A’ Grade by the National Board of Accreditation. Hence the degrees given in these colleges of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University are recognized in India and abroad.
The University invites applications for admission to the Post-Graduate programmes for the academic year 2016-17. The programmes offered are under faculties ranging from Faculty of Arts, Commerce and Science, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Pharmaceutical. The admission to various constituent and affiliated colleges, for most of these programmes is through a Common Entrance Test conducted by the University specific to the course applied for. The applications can be downloaded from the website and thereafter submitted to the University in person or by post.

You should have a graduate degree in any discipline of Science and Technology. (e.g. B.Sc. /BCS/ B. Pharm. / MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BE) with a minimum of 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for SC/ST category.

M. Optometry Programme
Age: You should have completed 21 years of age as on December 31 of the current academic year. You should have completed Bachelor’s in Optometry or equivalent from any Indian university which is recognized by this University and Indian optometric association or UGC recognized universities except Open University.
If you belong to foreign student category, you should have completed Bachelor’s in Optometry B. Optom or equivalent course from any university, which is affiliate member of World Council of Optometry (WCO) and / is recognized by a competent educational body like a national council/ association of the country of origin of the candidate.Master in Audiology and Speech- Language Pathology [MASLP]
MASLP (Master of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology) Programme
You should have completed BASLP/ B. Sc. (Sp & Hg)/ B.Sc. (HLS) degree or equivalent (including internship) from any RCI recognized centre with an aggregate of 50% marks in all three years. You should also have an internship completion certificate from any RCI recognized centre.Master of Business Administration [MBA]
You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any discipline who has passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for general category and 45% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) from a recognized university.

You should have a bachelor’s degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. You should have passed B.Com. Degree from any recognised university.

You can obtain the Application Form online from the University website and the prospectus from any of the University campuses in person for Rs. 200 or get it via post for Rs. 400.
You must fill the form with the required personal and educational details.
You should also select your choice of centre of examination.
You should be careful to avoid overwriting, cutting, erasing on the form. Any discrepancies in the statements and/or submission of incomplete form will lead to its rejection/cancellation of admission.

You will be selected on the basis of Entrance Exam conducted by the University. It will be for a duration of 2 and a half hours. It will consist of 100 questions based on the respective Bachelor’s degree Course syllabus. There shall be no negative marking for an incorrect answer.
You will be selected on the basis of BVU – MBT Entrance Test 2016. The test will consist of one paper with 100 objective type questions. The exam will be of one and a half hour duration. There is no negative marking in the evaluation of this exam.Master of Science [M.Sc] (Nursing)
You will be selected on the basis of a Common Entrance Test conducted by the University. There will be 100 questions in the test based on the B.Sc. Nursing syllabus. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark with no negative marking for an incorrect answer.Master of Optometry (Optometric Technology / Optometric)
You will be selected on the basis of M-EYECET Entrance Exam. It will be for a duration of 2 and a half hours. It will consist of 100 questions based on the B. Optom. Course syllabus. There shall be no negative marking for an incorrect answer.
You will be selected on the basis of the Common Entrance Test conducted by the University.Master of Business Administration [MBA]
You will be selected on the basis of the B-MAT Entrance Exam conducted by the University. It will consist of a written test, a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview.
The written test will be conducted for a duration of two and a half hours. It is of 200 marks with 200 multiple choice type questions of one mark each with four alternatives. There shall be no negative marking. The breakdown of the questions is as follows:
The Written Test will be followed by a Group Discussion and Interview Test. The Performance in Group Discussion will involve 30 marks and the Performance at Interview will carry 20 marks i.e., total 50 marks.M.Pharm
You will be selected on the basis of PHARMPG Entrance Exam . The exam is conducted as an objective model test. There will be 200 questions for the test which must be completed in time period of 3 hours. There is no negative marking for the test. Syllabus for the exam is based on the topics covered under Bachelor of Pharmacy.Master in Social Work [MSW]
Your selection will be based on Bharati Vidyapeeth University Common Entrance Test (CET) followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the university.Master of Physical Education [M.P.Ed]

You will be selected on the basis of the LawEntrance Test conducted by the University followed by a Group Discussion.
The Entrance Test will be of 140 marks having 140 objective type questions. There will be one mark awarded for every correct answer and no negative marking for an incorrect answer. There is no fixed syllabus but you must prepare the LLB course. You must also focus on areas such as Constitutional Law of India, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, Law of Trots, Criminal Law, etc. In addition, you should keep yourself updated with current affairs.
The Group Discussion round will carry 60 marks.
The total marks for the entire Entrance Process shall be 200 marks. You should be able to secure a minimum of 50% of the total marks.Master of Arts [MA] (English)
You will be selected on the basis of merit, if you had English as a special subject at the graduation level.
If you did not have English as a special subject at the graduation level, you will be selected on the basis of an Entrance Exam conducted by the University.M.Com
