North Bengal University has 23 departments imparting professional/ non-professional education, research and training courses. At the postgraduate level, the university offers M.A in 13 disciplines and M.Sc in 10 disciplines. M.A and M.Sc are full-time programs spanning a duration of 2 years.
Candidates possessing an Honors Bachelor degree in the relevant specialization are eligible for admission. However, Admission to both the courses will be granted on the basis of the merit of the in the qualifying degree as per the merit list published by North Bengal University.
To successfully complete the application process applicant is required to register and pay the application fee of INR 600(General Category)/ INR 300(SC/ST category) via Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. Check North Bengal University Admission 2020.

Selection of the candidates to the various specializations offered in M.A and M.Sc programs will be done directly on the basis of qualifying degree merit. The merit list will be published by a Notice from North Bengal University and selected candidates will be called for counselling and document verification.
