Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is a private university located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS offers a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) program, under the five years degree program which is recognized by the Council of Architecture. It would include a holistic exposure and understanding through Art, History, Technology, Architectural Design, and Construction process. It will involve spending 15 to 18 weeks internship in Architectural, Planning and Construction Firms. The number of available seats for the program is 80 seats.
The University invites applications for admission to the B.Arch. Program for the academic year for the 80 seats available. The admission will take place through the NATA Examination conducted by the Council of Architecture. The application process for the exam is available online.

Selection will be done on the basis of the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.
One must score at least 70/200 in NATA.
The test will comprise of two parts:
The test will measure ones aptitude through two sections-
|Drawing Section||This is a two-hour paper where one has to to attempt three questions.|
The primary emphasis in scoring the drawing section is on one’s drawing, imagination and observation skills. One’s sense of proportion & perspective is also evaluated together with a sense of color and composition.
|Aesthetic Sensitivity Test||This is a computer based test where one has to answer 40 multiple choice questions.|
The aesthetic sensitivity test measures perception, imagination, and observation, creativity and communication along with architectural awareness.
A Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the academic marks secured at the 10+2 examination and NATA Score/Aptitude Test conducted by Competent Authority of Central/State Government (Including JEE Paper-II Aptitude Test in Architecture)
Admission will be solely based on merit.

The selected candidates must pay the entire admission fee for the First Year at the time of admission.
B.Arch. aspirants must first register for NATA.
They can do so by registering themselves on the NATA website with a valid email ID. Appointments for the exam are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants should register well in advance to get their preferred test date.
For Admission to NMIMS:
To be eligible for admission at NMIMS in B.Arch. the candidates must have scored a minimum of 70 marks out of 200 in NATA.
The reservation criteria will be as per the norms prescribed by the Government of India.
