Christ University is a deemed to de university established in Bangalore. Apart from Main Campus, Kengeri Campus and Bannerghatta Road Campus,  Christ University is also located in Pune (Lavasa Campus), Delhi (Ghaziabad Campus). There are six different faculties under which 22 Doctoral programmes, 42 Post Graduate programmes, 62 Undergraduate programmes and 16 M.Phil. Programmes are offred by the university. There are more than 20 Certification programmes also provided to the students seeking to learn beyond regular academics.

Institute of Management Christ University (IMCU) was established in 1994. The Management program at ICMU is a professional two year Postgraduate program with specialization in Marketing, Finance, General Management, Human Resource and Lean Operations and systems. Institute of Management in Christ University offers MBA in six different streams, two PGDBM course and five interdisciplinary courses. Check Christ University Admission 2019

Eligibility Criteria


You need to have 50 % or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations irrespective of what your subjects are in the graduation. If you are in the final year of your studies you should have 50% or above in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examination conducted so far. If you are writing your final year exam in March-May 2019, you are eligible to apply for MBA from Christ University.

Besides 50% aggregate, candidate must possess any of the following scores in order to be eligible for admission to MBA course:

600 or aboveMAT conducted by AIMA.
450 or aboveGMAT
70 Percentile or aboveCMAT
70 Percentile or aboveCAT Conducted by IIMs
70 Percentile or aboveXAT
70 percentage or aboveAIMS Test Conducted by ATMA

NOTE: Minimum score specified for MAT/CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

How to Apply


Mode of filling the admission application form:  Applications for admission to MBA course in Christ University can be obtained exclusively from the official university website

Application form fees: 1200 INR

Steps to fill in the Application form:

  1. Go to the official website and enter all details given on page one and then click on “Continue” button.
  2. You have to read the “Application fees Guideline” and then “Accept” the terms and condition by checking the box right beside “Accept”. Please click on “continue” icon.
  3. You will land onto “Pre-requisite check” page where you will have to fill in the relevant details.  Choose the mode of payment which can either be SBI BANK Challan or online (CREDIT/DEBIT/NEFT/Internet Banking).
  4. Once the application fees is paid you will have to fill your personal details, educational details, work experience etc. Please fill the form carefully and then click on to the “submit” icon.
  5. An editable page will appear on screen and in case you have entered some wrong information, you can correct it and then click on “confirm Submission”.
  6. Once you have submitted your application form, you will receive the application number and your date of birth with an option to print your application form.
  7. You need to print and sign the application form after filling further details on printed application form. You are advised to keep a copy of the application for your future reference and you need to produce it at the time of selection process.

You are advised to visit the campus from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM and on Saturday please visit the campus in between 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You must make sure that the application and supporting documents must reach the office within 5 days of submitting the application online on or before08:00 PM, January 27, 2019 (tentative) for Session I and on orbefore 08:00 PM, March 15, 2019 (tentative) for session II.

Admission Process


If you meet all the eligibility criteria mentioned above, then you need to appear in Group Discussion (GD) and Micro Presentation (MP). Once you have cracked your GD/MP round, you shall be called for Written Assessment (WA), Verbal Assessment (VA) and finally for Personal Interview (PI), clearing upon which you will be called for final counselling.

You need to appear for the selection process on the allotted date and time mentioned on the selection process admit card with the following original documents:

  1. The Selection process admit card is mandatory.
  2. Copy of the filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent/guardian and the candidate is mandatory.
  3. You need to carry one copy of SBI application processing fee/ Challan/online payment acknowledgement slip.
  4. Please produce a valid Photo ID whenever asked. (Driving License/Passport/Electoral ID/Aadhar Card).
  5. Two passport size (35mm x 45mm with white background-standard Indian passport format only) and two stamp size photograph. Do not forget to write your name and application number behind the photographs. You will not require to have a photocopy of your photograph.
  6. You need to have originals and one set of class 10, class 12 and degree marks card. It is mandatory.
  7. If you have completed your graduation on or before November, you must carry original and one set of photocopy of Provisional degree certificates.
  8. If you have graduated on or before June, it is compulsory to carry Original and one set of photocopy of degree certificates (final convocation).
  9. It is mandatory for you to carry the Originals and one set of photocopy of entrance test score card (September MAT/ December MAT/ February MAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ ATMA.
  10. If available, you can carry a copy of transfer certificate from last qualified Institution.
  11. If available, please keep a copy of migration certificate if you belong to some other state other than Karnataka.
  12. If you are a foreign national you need to have a copy of passport and VISA page.
  13. If you have opted for dual degree programme PGDBM (CU) + MBA, (FHWS, Germany) then it is mandatory for you to keep a copy of work related documents (Joining letter/ Experience letter and Latest salary slip). Please note that full time/ part time/family business will also be considered in and as work experience.
