Dravidian University Distance Admission 2020: Courses, Dates, Result

Dravidian University was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Consisting of 30 academic departments and 4 centres, Dravidian University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate as well as research courses in multiple disciplines. In addition to regular degree programmes, the university also offers the following courses at under graduate (UG) & post graduate (PG) level through distance learning mode:

Only students who have passed the relevant qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the distance learning courses. Selection of the candidates to the courses offered through distance learning mode will be done on direct basis. Those seeking admission can register themselves for the UG/ PG courses upon submitting the completed applications along with the registration fee of Rs. 350/- through demand draft (DD). Application Process

  • Candidates can obtain application form and prospectus from the Office of Dean, Academic Affairs, Dravidian University, Kuppam – 517426
  • Candidate can also downlaod the application form from the university website “”
  • Candidate can register themselves to the above mentioned courses after submitting the application and registration fee of amount Rs. 350/- by DD in favour of The Director, DDE payable at Kuppam.
  • Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or readjusted to any other programme. Full tuition fee will be refunded if any student cancels his/her admission before the closure of admission schedule

  1. 10th Class mark sheet.
  2. 12th Class (10+2) Mark Sheet
  3. Degree / Provisional Certificate/ Consolidated Marks Sheet of Degree
  4. Copy of Photo-ID proof issued by Central/State Government organization
  5. No need to submit Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and should have passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent examination from a recognized board of education
  • Those having no formal educational qualification should have passed the Eligibility test conducted by the State university

Candidate should have passed 10+2 (HSC) examination or its equivalent from a recognized board of education

Admission Process

Candidate can get direct admissions to distance under graduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) courses on first come first serve basis.
