NMIMS offers the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) Programme from the School of Pharmacy and Technology Management. It is a 2 year full time course, spread over 4 Semesters. The Sunandan Divatia School of Science offers the M.Sc., M.Sc. (Economics) and M.Sc. (Biological Science) Programme. It also offers a five year Integrated Integrated M.Sc. in Biomedical Science Programme. The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) programme is also for a duration of two years.

For M.Pharma Pharmaceutics there are in total 15 seats and it is a two year course. In first year they have trisemester, later students have to do research on industry related project and the dissertation is to be submitted in the consecutive year. 
M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical quality assurance includes 15 seats for admission. It is also a two year program where in second year dissertation is to be submitted. 
M.Sc. in finance has 30 seats for admission and it is a 2 years course offered by the university. M.Sc in economics is a two year full time course
The University invites applications for the admission to the above mentioned postgraduate programmes for the academic year. The admission procedures for various courses are different. Application Process

You should register yourself online on the official website.

You should then fill in the required personal and education details as required.

You do not have to complete the online form in one sitting. You can complete it in multiple sittings, the convenient “auto-save” option keeps your work saved regularly.

Once you have completed the form, you should click on the “Submit” button. You will then be directed to the payment gateway.

Application Fee: You should pay registration fee of Rs. 1600 (non-refundable) by Credit Card or Debit Card

List of Documents: You should attach the following enclosures:

  • Copy of duly filled up online application form
  • Attested copies of Graduation Mark sheets & Certificate (if final year result is declared)
  • GPAT qualified Scores if appeared
  • Final year (B. Pharm.) appearing candidates have to send their third year mark sheet

Eligibility Criteria

The University offers the following specializations under the M.Pharm. Programme:

  • Pharmaceutics
  • Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
  • Industrial Pharmacy
  • Pharmaceutical Technology

You should have passed the B. Pharm. Examination with a minimum of 55% from a recognised University. You are eligible even if you are appearing in your final year examination.

You will be preferred if you have been sponsored by Industry.


The reservation criteria will be as per the norms prescribed by the Government of India.

Selection Process

You will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview conducted by the University. There is no written test for admission in core M.Pharma but there is a written test for admission in M.Pharma+MBA. 

Personal Interview: 

  • It will be conducted for 10 to 12 minutes. 
  • Students will be assessed on the basis of  five things- Achievement/ Career orientation, Soft skills, Professional knowledge and skills, Learning orientation/ Perseverance, and Commitment to course

Admit Card

  • All the registered students can get the admit card for the written test and personal interview as per the information provided by them in the application form. 
  • To download the admit card visit the official website of the university
  • Without admit card no student will be allowed. 
  • Student must have original ID proof to appear for the admission test. 

Note: there will be no separate admit card posted or mailed to the candidates. 

Important instructions: 

  • Campus won't be changed in the tenure of program. 
  • For cancellation of admission student must send the cancellation request letter, original fee receipt by courier to the given address:
