Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (Sri Padmavati University) is a women’s University. The University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs in different specializations.

SPMVV DDE applications for admission to various programs offered in the Distance Education mode for the academic year 2019 are offline. The programmes include M.Sc. Program, MA Programme, LLM Programme, B.Ed. Program, PG Diploma Programme and MBA Programme. Check SPMVV DDE Admission 2020.

You can obtain the Application in two ways:

  • Offline: In person/By post from the University
  • Online from the website

By Post:

In this case, the candidate should send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Rs. 45/- for Registered post) of size 28cms x 13cms along with the Demand Draft for the given Application fee, with your name and address written on the reverse of the draft, to the following address:

Candidate can obtain the application form in person by submitting the Demand Draft for the Application fee from the above address.


Candidate can also download the Application from the University website. Fill the Application form with the required personal and educational details. Attach the required documents and Demand Draft (Application Fees) to the following address:

Application Fee: You should pay the Application fee of Rs.600 for B.Ed. Programme and INR 350 for other courses, via Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of the Registrar, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam payable at Tirupati.

Enclosures: You should attach the following documents along with the Application Forms:

  • Identity Card 
  • Passport Size Photos – 2,
  • Stamp Size Photos – 2
  • Attested Copy of S.S.C.
  • Attested copy of NCTE recognized Teacher Education Programme successfully completed through face-to-face mode (For B.Ed. Programme)
  • Attested Copy of the Degree Certificate, Provisional Certificate of the qualifying examinations.  
  • Attested Copy of Conduct Certificate from the Institution last studied.
  • Attested Copy of the Latest Integrated Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Attested Copy of the relevant certificate if reservation is claimed under other Special Category

Admission to 85% of the available seats shall be reserved in favour of the local areas: Andhra, Telangana and Rayalaseema. Reservation for SC/ST/BC/PHC and other categories shall be followed as per the rules prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Selection Procedure

For all courses: 

  • Students will be selected on the basis of merit.

For MBA Programme:

  • Candidate should have qualified in ICET, CAT, XAT or any other state-level/ national level/test conducted by SPMVV DDE.
  • Candidates with a total work experience of two year in industry or related field will be exempted from qualifying for any Entrance Exam.
