School of Education, Christ University invites applications for admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme for the academic year 2019-20. It is a two-year course consisting of 4 semesters with an internship during the third semester.The university grants admission in B.Ed on the basis of a Skill Assessment (SA) test followed by a Personal Interview (PI)

The office of Admissions will verify the application form only after receiving the printed application form along with ALL the supporting documents.
The selection Process e-admit card will not be uploaded if the supporting documents do not reach the Office of Admissions within the stipulated date and time. The selection process E-Admit card will be generated 5 days prior to the scheduled selection process date.
Candidates must mark the [PROGRAMME APPLIED FOR] Admissions 2019 – [APPLICATION NO] on the top left-hand corner of the A4 size envelope for faster processing of application form.
The candidate must take an extra print out of the application form and the payment slip for future reference.
One must have a graduate degree and one must have cleared the qualifying examination conducted by a recognized university in India or abroad with at least 50% aggregate marks in all subjects (except Bachelors in Engineering or Technology) including languages.
For Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics, one should have an aggregate of 55% of marks or equivalent grade in all subjects.
International candidates must produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English medium or have an IELTS score of 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores.
The reservation policy is as per the norms prescribed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
One will be selected on the basis of a Skill Assessment (SA) test followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and testing of Academic Performance.
The Skill Assessment Test will consist of written test, communication skills, and logical reasoning. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on the score obtained in the Skill Assesment Test.
Candidates must report for the selection process at least 30 minutes earlier to the allotted time.

If selected, candidates who fall under International student category (ISC), should register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO / FRO) of the Local Police in Bengaluru, India within 14 working days from the date of admission or arriving in Bengaluru.
