It had always been my dream to pursue my bachelor's abroad as it would help me broaden my spectrum of experiences and live in a diverse culture. Canada was my chosen country as it is safe for students and the friendly nature of people also sealed my decision. I had applied for 3 colleges but confirmed this as it had great offers and was affordable. My 92% score in my 12th grade also paved the way for easier admission. I had to pay $150 for the application submission at the OUAC portal.
The course is designed articulately and covers a wide range of topics including morality, technology, ethics, art, education, law, and many more. This made me familiar with lots of domains and enhanced my thinking, analytical, critical, and interpretive abilities. These skills which I developed would not help me in my professional forefront but also on personal levels as well.
It has always been my dream to be an expert in the field of religion and things related to it. I have developed a curiosity to find out and understand various things related the religions and their culture at a very young age. After numerous research and a lot of thinking I understood religious studies will be the right one for me. That is how I landed in this college.
I personally felt that the curriculum meet all the expectations I had built. Some of the subjects which I had undertaken include Christian thought, Buddhism, Indigenous tradition and culture, Eastern mysticism, paranormal, and bioethics. All these courses assisted me in understanding how various aspects relating to religions and cultures are being done in a specific way.
