Cumberland College offers a variety of certificate and diploma programs in partnership with the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina and has a total of 300 students. Its offices are located in Nipawin, Melfort and Tisdale.

The international applicants have to follow the same application process as the others except that they have to fulfill certain other criteria too. Being international students there is a requirement of following a visa process as well.
All international students are expected to have a level of proficiency in English language which is specified by the college. In order to be eligible for admission at Cumberland College an international applicant has the option of submitting their score in any one of the following tests.

After the acceptance letter is issued by the college, a student should apply for a Canada Study Permit at the Canadian Embassy. This application should be submitted at least 3 months prior to the beginning of classes. The requirements for a study permit are listed below:
It is advisable for a student to renew study permit 30 days prior to expiration to avoid violation of the Immigration Act.
Cumberland College is currently offering 3 programs for international students which include General Business Diploma, Continuing Care Assistant and Office Administration. There are several certificate courses that the Cumberland College is offering in association with the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina.

Cumberland College offers 3 courses for its students which include industrial mechanics, carpentry and IATEC (Indigenous Access & Transition Education Certificate). These are certificate programs aimed to build specific skills to make students capable of getting placements and contracts.
