I was looking for a college that provides Co-op opportunities for my program and finally found this one and soon after I decided to apply for it. My GPA of 7 helped me to get admitted here. I submitted an online application form costing around $140.
The three-year Business Management diploma program gave me a background in business management with an emphasis on the area of Marketing. I acquired a solid understanding of the practices involved in marketing and promoting a product or service.
I wanted to start my own business one day and doing this program will help me do so, hence I decided to study it. I was required to submit my TOEFL score of 89. The documents required were my official transcripts, letters of recommendation, and a financial affidavit.
The Co-operative Education Program combines academic study with alternating work terms. Employment is a practical application directed towards the students’ academic course of study. The Co-operative education student is paid for their work experience, which is supervised by both the employer and the Co-operative education institution.
Through the advancement, arm they seek to build upon the philanthropic commitment through the vast alumni networks by working closely with the industry and community stakeholders. This, in turn, tremendously benefitted me annually through scholarships and awards, and various other rewards that carry over once they become alumni.
They provide customized and Continuous Learning courses and certificate programs are offered on a part-time basis through simulations, lectures, and workshops held by my professors. Learners enrolling in a certificate program have the convenience of studying part-time while maintaining current employment.
My college maintains residence facilities at the Bay St. George, Burin, and Happy Valley-Goose Bay campuses. Students wishing to apply for residence should contact the campuses listed. My living expenses were around $5000.
