Their early acceptance medical school program and their biology program. I also really liked the small size of the school and I liked the way the campus looked. The location of the school was another major factor for me.
I believe that the biology major course curriculum is a lot and the professors have extremely high expectations of us. Sometimes I stay up all night and work on homework and study for exams and it leaves little to no time for personal things.
I took the SAT and the ACT.
Yes, but I do not have any experience with it. I've heard good things about the internship programs from other students. Other students have also told me that the stipend is pretty good but I myself have no experience with it personally.
There are a lot of opportunities but they aren't advertised super well. Sometimes they're mentioned on social media and in emails but I never see flyers about it on campus which would be very helpful.
The fee structure is so confusing. There are so many unlabeled miscellaneous fees and when I inquire about them the university just kind of shrugs and avoids my questions. I never get straight answers about them and it's frankly very confusing and upsetting.
The exam structure is rough. They're all different and they almost never follow what we learned in the lectures. It's confusing sometimes but it really helps when professors give us a review guide or a study guide in order to help with test prep.
The faculty really care about the students but they like to schedule all of their exams on the same day. Some faculty are really helpful but some really don't care whether you fail or succeed.
