Best college to study at
One of my cousins completed his graduation from Sheridan College. He told me that the college offered him a wider opportunity to learn things better. With the purposeful program, he really shaped his career. Thus I also tried my luck in the same college. The application form cost me $100.
The curriculum helps me to develop high-level programming and computer engineering skills that translate directly to the workplace. My course places more emphasis on fundamental math and engineering principles. During my second year, I also got to know that the course that I am studying can help me to apply for a paid co-op work.
Being an IT student I wanted to study the Computer Engineering course. So I applied for it. The basic requirement it asked for was TOEFL. In the exam, I scored 560 in the paper-based exam. Apart from this I also submitted my official and unofficial transcripts to the admission department.
For attending the computer engineering tech program at my college I have to pay $18000. Also, there were few additional charges which I paid at the time of admission. A variety of scholarships and bursaries are being offered to all of us irrespective of nationality. Some of the aids include Bachelor Degree Entrance Scholarship, International EAP (English for Academic Purposes) Award, etc.
I chose to live where my cousin lived. He lived in off-campus accommodation. For living there I paid approximately $2500 for two months that also included meals. The food served us is of very good quality. And the rooms are equipped with all modern requirements.
Mobile Computing Thesis Defense, Creative Campus Design Talks: Data-Rich Modelling, and breakfast for a run were some of the events organized in the last month.
Monthly Expense : $200 - $500
