I had always been eager to study in Canada. I found a computer science course which looked promising and applied to the college. I applied to the college from the online portal and paid an application fee of around $30. I had scored 85% in grade 12 and was able to clear the english proficiency requirements as well.

The course gave me a wide knowledge of the array of languages and security.
In order to get admission into the program, I gave the IELTS exam for English proficiency proof in which I scored 7.5 and showed proof of the required mathematics background in school. I submitted the school transcripts, letter of recommendation, and health certificate. I also gave a comparative evaluation of my previous education.

I pay a fee of around $6100 per semester as a full-time student and the cost of books is around $300. I also pay a computer user fee of $10 and miscellaneous costs are around $2000. There was no scholarship available for international students so I pay my tuition fees in full. Other costs also include a housing which costs around $5000 per academic year.
All the professors hold a bachelor in Computer Science or a related field and a few hold master degrees as well. All of them are dedicated teachers who show a passion for the subject and had previously worked in other fields of technology before becoming a teacher at the college. They are great motivators and have taught us professionalism and effective communication amidst other things.
The college does not offer any on-campus housing so I reside in an apartment close to the campus with a roommate. The housing has been leased to us for a year and the costs of residing here are around $5000 per year excluding food and other costs.
