St. Stephen's College
Glimpses of St. Stephen's College
I was born in Canada but I came to India at a very young age and continued my studies in India. That time I got very interested in spirituality and was interested to know more about it. Later, on seeing this course I could not stop myself from returning back to study spirituality. To get in, I applied at the official website along with a $390 application fee.
The course very well delivered to my expectation. It covered everything I wanted to know about spirituality and also give you the real life experience and benefits of performing spirituality and meditation regularly.
I have completed the B.sc(sociology) from Delhi University in India and was able to secure a GPA of 9.3 on a scale of 10. The colleges also make it mandatory for the students to score good marks in IELTS to prove the grasp they have in the English language. I scored an overall score of 7.5 bands.
The fee for the first year of the course without the cost of the consultation is $5,800. The fee increases by around 10% in the second and third years. The college also provides financial aids to the students with family income below the minimum listed income.
It is hard to get campus housing, but the living quality in the on-campus residence is decent and provides all the basic amenities. I have stayed in the off-campus residence in the first and second years and stayed in the on-campus residence in the last year.
The placement opportunities are decent. The main position of placement is generally as a psychotherapist or sometimes psychiatrist. Many students get a job as a spirituality coach as well in the corporate sector.
Many events are performed in the college. Different kinds of festivals and exhibitions keep on happening. A lot of yoga and meditation camps are also organized by the college authority as well.
Monthly Expense : $200 - $500
