As a second year student I don't know much about the job placements. The college provides internship after final year. The stipend money is not much. It's about 6000/-. However after your pg the internship stipend are higher

In our field there are no placements or opportunities when you get out of the college. You have to find a job yourself and keep on preparing for a PG exam to do a specialization when you qualify. Doctors are the least paid amongst all the professionals in the industry of any job profile which takes engineers or IT professionals on their skill and qualification. So obviously packages are not even enough to run a house, when I started my first job I was not even paid as much as a plumber would make in a month which was 2 or 3 times my salary. Getting a corporate job at Fortis or Max is the best thing you could hope for.

The college did have its own internship program which was very basic as there were no super specializations which I was interested in so I took a transfer to my home town Delhi to get a better exposure. Stipend was meager so I rather not talk about that.
