Our college has been relatively good when it comes to Academic carriculum, Very recently our courses got updated. we were regularly made to attend various seminars and lectures from various known proefessors from across the country.Apart from academics our college has been actively associated with cultural activities organising Various cultural as well as sport related activities from time to time.
Fees structure is very feasible. and is affordable by all types of people. and also there are reserved seats for poor as well as physically disabled students. fees is payable by cash and admission is given on the basis of merit of the students. there is full transparncy in fee breakdown.
The course provides us with research work as well as survey work. There are also extra curricular activities in the department as well as in the college campus. the curriculum as well as extra curriculum helps us to know our abilities and skills thourough which we can become more active and learn many things.
The fee structure is not so feasible or not very expensive too. As this college is a semi-government, so the fee structure is in the mid range. And by the way, the students who are below poverty line or BPL, they are refunded a certain amount of the admission fees, they just require to provide the documents proving that they fall in the BPL range.
No, I didn't get to know about such industrial visits organized for the students here, but some visits were made by some of the best institutions (including M. Sc., MBA, etc. ) for higher studies. There were some conferences held regarding these. And to talk about the exams held in our college, yes there were two sessional exams held per semester, i.e., per six months of a year. There were two semesters per year, which means, there were a total of six semesters in our three year degree course (TDC). And the final exam per semester were held in the end of the semester, that is, in the months of May-June and November-December, two semester exams in one year. The final exams were held in our ow...
It is a government college so the fee structure is quite feasible. We are charged around 13 to 14 thousand rupees for two semesters that is a year. Then we do have extra registration fees and all. But they are also quite feasible amounting around 1500 to 1000 per semester.
My course was made of honours in Zoology and with pass courses Chemistry and Botany. So that means I had practicals and Lab work for each and every subject. And Yes, I have to say all of my labs were quite active. We never faced any difficulties in doing any practicals as all. My course in Zoology has a really high focus on research indeed. I have already done many projects and now even thinking of starting another one on diseases. Our exam structure was as such that we had 2 insemester exams for each paper in each semester which were added to our final marks in the end semester. All of our students stay quite active all through the semester.
Feasible. It is almost 20000 yearly. It also provides scholarships for the ones who deserves it and also for the financially backward people. It has certain special fee structure for the BPL students.
The course is interesting and anyone can learn very new and interesting topics. It has certain programming topics along with analysis and arithmetic topics. The exam structure is not that hard andcan be easily attempted by an average student.
Though it's a government college. So the fess structure is very low budget.you can take admission in free if you belong to BPL category. There is lots of facilities like free fooding and looding for the economically week students.
The Higher secondary course is under AHSEC.There is two stream Arts and Science.its a Two year Course. The Graduatation Course offer Two B.A. And B.sc.The course is under semester system. The exams are conducted by Dibrugarh university. There is Six semester in 3 year Degree course.
Since the college is a semi-government funded college, it is not as much feasible and also not very much expensive. Students belonging from all economic background study in this college. It is some what affordable.
The course curriculum is currently running on the previous University approved system which used to be good then but its not a good system of curriculum to used continued in 2019. But it may be mentioned that from the year 2019 our College or so the Dibrugarh University has adopted and put into effect a new system of curriculum (CBCS) which will do a great deal for the upcoming bactches of students.
The fee structure is quite affordable for a family. It is around 9-10 thousand rupees per year.As I am a student from a BPL family so my fee structure is free.
Though it is not the best department of this institution but it was more better than average. I feel the course is perfect for me to carry on.In first semester, the focus is not much in practical learning as I have not started yet,but according to some of our seniors it is more than average and I hope too for me to be the same.I don't have any knowledge about any research initiatives taken by our institution.
Thanks for your valuable feedback. Our team will look into it.
