Fees -

The college fees is semester wise. The current fee per semester is 32,500. Hostel fees is 2000rs per semester.

Course Curriculum -

The curriculum is very vast but interesting enough to keep you busy. There is not much scope for research. But you get to deal with lot of patients and come across even rare diseases.

College life is awesome!

Fees -

Fee structure is quite feasible. For a medical student the fees is reasonable though people might havr to take loans for studies but as compared to private colleges the fee structure is much much better.

Course Curriculum -

Course curriculum is not yet over still a fantastic journey to become a doctor college life is too much fun and apart from studies there are much of the extra curricular activities

Campus chronicles!

Fees -

The overall fees for a MBBS course is 2, 52, 000/- approxEvery semester fees for my batch is nearly 25, 000/- rs with the fees increasing every year. Hostel fees is very less and is 4000/- rs per annum. The yearly price hike is making it impossible for common man to take admission even after having scored so well in exams.

Course Curriculum -

The course is spread over five and half years including internship for MBBS. 19 subjects are divided between first year to final year. Faculty to student ratio is nearly 1:5 with highly trained and efficient staff. Very well known teachers in their respective fields are guided properly by our respected Dean Dr. R N Bharmal. Teachers here not only teach you basic medicine but also go become a good doctor.

Nair: a prime institute

Fees -

Current fee structure for each year is approximately: Rs.50, 000 per year. It is a corporate college run by MCGM i.e., municipal corporation of greater mumbai so the fees is decided by the corporation and the university. It increases by some margin every year. In comparison where you have to pay lakhs of ruppees to get a medical fees i think this amount is totally affordable.

Course Curriculum -

MBBS course consists of 5 and half years including four and half years of learning and 1 year internship. Our college faculty makes you acquainted with the course structure in the first few days only. First third and fourth year are of 1 year duration while 2nd year is of 1 and half year duration. Subjects for the first year are anatomy physiology and biochemistry. Subjects for the second year are Pharmacology pathology microbiology and forensic medicine. Subjects of all 3rd year are ENT ophthalmology and psm. And final year subjects are medicine surgery pediatrics and Obs Gynaec. research programs are started at the end of the first year. From there on Teacher's guide you to present your p...

Fees -

Fee structure is diffrent for open category and other students. For our batch(2011) we have yearly fee of 48, 500 rs/-.This is tution fee.Hostel fee cost you 4000rs yearly. After each 6months period you have to pay 24, 300 as your fee. Secondly for Obc students and all students other than open category, there is no fee at all. You need to pay only hostel fees, if applicable. Various scholarship programmes are provided for students on basis of curriculum progress. This help is provided by private institutions in Mumbai. Scholarships have criteria of marks and income.Further details of income and marks are provided in college. Every year there is increment in fees by government. So above fee stru...

Course Curriculum -

Curriculum is the heart of your education. It is must that you should get a good curricular exposure. As this college is run by Municpal corporation in Mumbai, it gets adequate funds for development. Also the teaching staff here is awesome.Every department is equipped with good teachers and post graduate students. These teachers are quite experienced. This is what you need in medical field. So students get good amount of exposure to knowledge and also teachers are quite helpful. So we need not worry about our problems. May it be ragging, study problems or economic, you will get help.

GRATITUDE:My journey In Nair!

Fees -

Being a government institute, it is way cheaper than those private medical colleges. Per semester fee is 25 Grands and make it to total of 9 semesters .Being a category student you need not cough out a single a penny except the development fees. But being a meritorious student, you can avail various scholarship who can makes fees to zero.

Course Curriculum -

MBBS comprises course of 5 and half years, and last yet being the internship at same college. Course is basic medical subject and after qualifying this gives you a assured degree of MBBS which is recognised all over India. Being 2nd position college, faculty here is no doubt the best. Most of HODs and HOUs are the gold medalist and lects and professors leave no mark to provide excellent guidance.

Fees -

Currently for my batch it is near about 55000 and is increasing every year. Increasing hikes are making MBBS out of reach of common man.

Course Curriculum -

A bit too lenghty course as compared to other UG courses but you have to work hard given that you will save someone's life and faculty is good and hardworking.

1) Tuition fees : 67, 900/year 2) Hostel fees : 4, 000/year 3) Admission fees : 5, 0004) Library and security deposit : 4, 000/yearThere is increment of 7% in the fees every year. As you can see the tuition fees is expensive but the hostel and other fees are affordable.

Course Curriculum -

The college curriculum is tedious but is manaheable. The course is for 5 and half years. The first year constitute anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. These three subjects form the base of the further education. 2nd year constitute pathology, pharmacology, microbiology and forensic medicine and is of 1 and half year3rd year constitutes preventive and social medicine, ophthalmology and ENT.The final year has medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology. The faculty for every year is extremely good and cooperative. They realise that the foundation is very important and take extra care during our first year. This all comes at the cost of strictness.
