Negetive are few like the hostel food can be a lot better. other wise there are no issues. every year many students Come from other states and many don't even leave the state after getting their degree and join the hospital.
U didn't get any scholarship as I was from UR category. there was scholarship for ST or OBC students. which was availed by some fellow students. it included the whole tuition fee so a large sum was there.
It's not that costly as compared to other private medical colleges in the country. Perhaps the cheapest private college in the country. even though this new state govt has increased the yearly fee but still it is very much cheap
Well any student will enjoy a lot in the hostels. There is a week long college week where all sorts of sports and other literature programmes occur. Students showcase their talents. There is a big college ground where football, cricket, volleyball, badminton are played. So there is plenty of options for extracurricular activities
I stayed in hostel. It was awsome. like 2nd home. facilities are good. 24 hours water and electricity is there. hall room where you can enjoy TV or play Table tennis, gossip etc. only the hostel food is a mess
Plentiful. as I already mentioned a college ground where you can play any sport you want. Labs are there for forensic, pathology, microbiology etc. So no shortage of entertainment present in the campus
Very helpful. they are like the guide. Any need and seniors are there for you. Plus there is no issues like ragging in the campus as the college follows strict rules against it. For practical purposes seniors are the best guide
They are pretty good. Helpful in nature. plus there are hostels so seniors are always there to help you out in case of any need. and you have to be good in practical classes and here in this college that's a plus as teachers take good care during these classes
The college used to conduct an entrance exam. i cleared the exam to get admission. plus I had the required more than 50 percent marks in the PCB group in the 12th standard examination. But now the entrance is conducted in all india basis NEET.
Yes internship are there in the college/hospital itself. you get around 16k per month. that's a decent amount of money as your 1st earning, i guess. and as you're studying mbbs so placement is not an issue. That's the only profession in india which is yet to be hit by unemployment
It's 4.5 years course with one year of internship. there are total nine semesters. you have to secure 50 cent mark individually in both theory and practical exams to clear. otherwise you have to appear for supplementary exams after 4 months. ps- try to clear in 1st chance supplementary exams are the worst.
