Ans. Usually, finding a job in a core company right from the campus itself takes a lot of effort, time, and skill. Along with these, there should be some help from the college itself, like MOUs with specific industries and skill development programs for the industry readiness of the student. If all these things go in your favor then landing in a core company isn’t too difficult as it seems. But in reality, there are not many colleges that provide such opportunities. And for a branch like mechatronics, it’s quite difficult to find a college good in placements in that branch. Speaking of Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) here, it’s no different. Campus placements do happen but not specific to the Mechatronics branch. The companies which usually visit campus are mass recruiters, IT service-based companies, and Marketing and sales companies. A student who has pursed Mechatronics with a lot of aspiration to work in Core Company wouldn’t like to get into an IT of marketing-related jobs. Keeping these things in mind, it’s good to tell that, there are no Mechatronics related placements at AIT. But if one is determined enough, he/she can always look for an internship in Core Company and later convert it into a full-time opportunity. The standard of education at AIT will make sure that you have specific skills that will land you in a job sooner or laterRead more
