Expensive- Approx 1.5 lac per semester with hike of 5% every year for normal btech cse course and if you opted for sponsored then you will need to pay much more. If your percentage in 12th is less than 70% then you fall under sponsored category.
Syllabus is according to the University grant commission orders but you can easily pass semester if you study before 2-3 days of exam. You get very much exposure to the international faculty lectures or their research work.
Expensive I don't exactly know the detail figures but each semester fee is of 160000 so 320000 annually. Also every year it increases by 7500 so next year it would be 177500 for each year. It is too much compared to other Colleges.
Course curriculum is good but not much research oriented. Exam pattern is better than many of the Colleges, Major Semester exams of 70 marks at the end of semester and minor semester exam of 20 marks in the mid semester. Labs are fully functional but teachers don't guide guide most of the times.
Amity is criticized for its fees only per semester for a btech ece student fees is rs 1,50,000 and per year 3,00,000. So yes its expensive thats a great downside for this but still it is what it is. Can't complain its a private university
Course curriculum is very stiff and strict. Every semester have 10-11subjects. Which comprises of 7-8 core subjects and rest professional and communication skill subjects. Exam structure is :- we have minors in between the semesters which are of 20 marks and each semester exam is of 70 marks, rest is internal assesment which includes assignment and attendence marks (yes we have that 75%-80 1 mark, 80-85 2 marks etc) total 5 marks for attendence.

I have chosen this because it opens the diversification of my mind ,it pushes me to take challenges ,it is the field where you can visualize everything ,it brings a change for a person like me who is consistently a hard core introvert (yes ,you will not change completely but a little change is required for this era) and a sensitive person from the beginning , civil engineering is something that makes you feel that you are in the world which will never going to end for sure , it only exceeds and exceeds with new discoveries ,it is one of the discipline of engineering which is a way unique from other ,at each and every instant you will feel ,you have a lot to learn , Sometimes you can't even find time for your hobbies too but still as I am in final year now And I feel the most effective decision I have taken till now was to do civil engineering I am happy with it , and struggles are the part of life but the path chosen by you simply depends on you
well the fee structure is expensive according to me. like i stayed in the hostel in the first two years.and the hostel fees was 1 lac 30 thousands per year for a AC(air-conditioners) students.plus the academics fees per year is 2 Lakhs. so the total amount for 1 year is around 4-5 Lakhs. every year this fees is hiked.
the course structure is awesome. we have a website for every amitians which is amizone.net it provides you all the course materials, attendances, exam result, time table etc. i assessed the course structure through amizone.net every time. its a very good thing for a student to get updated all the time.
Course structure was very helpful and we can easily focus on research i was written four research paper they are selected in springer and ISSCJJ. college provide digital library which is helpful to each and every student.
Course curriculum is okay. It is same as of other good colleges. It can be improved though. More stress should be given on coding languages like C, C++,Java,Oracle etc. Rest , everything is okay. We also have one foreign language subject like French, German, Spanish etc.
Fee structure are not so good It's very expensive.
