Baselios Thomas I Catholicose College of Engineering and Technology was established in 2011. The college is run by the Jacobite Syrian Christian Fellowship (JESCF) Trust chaired by H.B Aboon Mor Dr.Baselios Thomas I Catholicose of the East. The college focuses on the prevailing challenges faced by engineering students and help them overcome those by introducing innovative and effective methods.

  • BTC Stringz- Stringz is the college music club which encourages and provides an opportunity to those students who are passionate about music
  • BTC Creative Ornamental Design and Training Club- the club members learn to design beautiful ornaments. The students are trained to understand and utilize the principle of size, symmetry and colour to design the ornaments
  • Rotaract Club- The Club has started functioning as a Unit in the College. It has been an initiative of Rotary Club, Koothattukulam
  • BTCC Snehatheeram- It is the community service club of the college

  • It has the collection of more than 5000 books including text and reference books
  • It also subscribes to various journals and newpapers
